1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

If your payment method has already been charged, you will receive a full refund.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tavola Books regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
