Integral to the book and the Netflix show are delightful watercolor illustrations by New York Times bestselling artist Wendy MacNaughton, now available here in twenty 8″ x 10″ frameable prints. MacNaughton drew and took notes while Nosrat cooked, capturing the elemental soul and charm that has made Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat the phenomenon it has become.
The prints included span the range and type found in the book, from beautiful vegetal drawings to charts breaking down the uses of fat, acid, and flavor by geographic region to the depiction of yolk texture from minute to minute in the cooking process.
