Care & cleaning:

• Microwave and dishwasher safe.
• To prevent/avoid staining, please do not leave the mugs standing in the sink as the exposed clay surface may absorb food oils.
• Oils from food can over time transform the exposed clay and darken the color of the clay, developing rich earthy tones. This transformation occurs as the oils penetrate the surface and react with the minerals present in the clay.
• Cleaning: cleaning agent such as Bar Keepers Friend can remove and clean silverware marks or stains.
